I really connected with you about the finding my life in a routine with the same places, especially the same parks with my 3 year old. I’m very excited to “bow down low” in my daily life. Thank you!
Oh, I'm so glad, Sara! I know, these years of daily routines with little ones give us so many opportunities to really hone our attention. Right there with you!
Once I used the time at the beach to create a mandala out of stones of different colours. It was lovely and now often my daughter creates her own if she’s not swimming. It does help us stop and slow down. I’m amazed at how it’s captured her imagination. And it’s a blessing.
